Encouraging consultation and active participation of employees and their representatives at all levels of the management system, promoting a culture of prevention and respect for the environment.

Establishing integrated, measurable objectives and targets consistent with this policy, driving continuous improvement in quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety performance.

Allocating the necessary resources to implement, maintain, and improve the Integrated Management System, including training, awareness, and competence of personnel.

Periodically reviewing this policy to ensure its relevance to the organization’s context, its risks and opportunities, and its alignment with business strategy.

This policy is communicated, understood, and applied by all members of the organization and is available to all stakeholders.
