- Providing safe and healthy working conditions by eliminating hazards and reducing risks to prevent work-related injuries and ill health among our employees, contractors, and other interested parties.
- Complying with all applicable legal and other requirements, both in environmental matters and occupational health and safety, as well as with the voluntary commitments undertaken by the organization.
- Meeting the expectations and needs of our customers and other interested parties.
- Encouraging consultation and active participation of employees and their representatives at all levels of the management system, promoting a culture of prevention and respect for the environment.
- Establishing integrated, measurable objectives and targets consistent with this policy, driving the continuous improvement of quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety performance.
- Providing the necessary resources to implement, maintain, and continually improve the Integrated Management System, including personnel training, awareness, and competence development.
- Periodically reviewing this policy to ensure its continued suitability to the organization’s context, risks and opportunities, and alignment with its business strategy.
This policy is communicated, understood, and implemented by all members of the organization and is available to all interested parties.
